"Following a move from London to the South West, I went from a very physically active job to a mostly desk-based job. When I met Sarah I was quite frustrated by all the things my body couldn't do anymore. Sarah introduced fun weight sessions and pushed me in a lovely way: I am not a person who likes being screamed at and Sarah was gentle and positive. She was also excellent with dealing with existing injuries (I have sciatica) and adapted all our workouts to make sure it worked for me, it didn't cause pain and it strengthened the muscles that would support my hip.

Fast forward 4 months: I am noticeably stronger, I have significantly less painful sciatica episodes, and I just feel better overall. My resting heart rate has dipped down to my pre-move level and I am looking forward to our sessions. It's also been fantastic for my mental health as we've worked outdoors and I have really enjoyed the workout experience overall. I would very much recommend Sarah- she'll take excellent care of you, and will take you where you want to be with your fitness!"
